This special time in community is for Mom’s at any stage of motherhood (post-baby and beyond!) for about 75 minutes of yoga and then another hour or so of conversation, treats, and loving support.
The yoga will be a mixture of yin + yang movement styles, focusing on strength and openness that all mamas need at all times.

Lunar Love Flow Module- Lancaster, PA
I am thrilled to be back at West End Yoga Studio in Lancaster, PA this Spring…one year after I first launched my book!
This module workshop will be for anyone who is intrigued by the lunar sensing + embodiment that I share in the book, and spending time to break it all down with me!
Saturday, April 20th
Using the book as a template, I will move us through a deeper dive in creating your own lunar relationship through movement as ritual, and using Moon tracking/observation through each cycle.
We will move through each astrological sign, go over New Moon vs. Full Moon suggestions, seasonal shifts, and how each person’s unique astro makeup will guide their journey.
We will end the class with a Full Moon/Earth Day meditation to usher in Taurus (Sun) season!
*I will have copies of my book for sale.
*Bring a journal so you can take notes/feel into your own reflections.
Come learn about living/moving with attention to the moon cycles. During this workshop we will hold space together learning about the waxing and waning moon. I will guide you through the process of creating ritual in sync with the moon using movement, meditation, and journaling. You will learn about the natural rhythms of each month and season and how that relates to the lunar sign personally and those around you. We will take time to journal, meditate, and discuss personal insights.
Students will provide information before class so we can best personalize your lunar information and Jenn will give written guidelines that are specific to each person.
*Limited to 7 people.
Yoga and Cooking in Sicily: June 2019
Join me June 16-22nd, 2019 on the island of Sicily in Italy for Submerging the Senses Retreat!

Plus it will be the week of Summer Solstice, so we will honor the true shift into the Summer season and where we are currently in the lunar cycle.
Plus, time to be at the pool, go for walks, sit to read/write, and breathe in the Mediterranean island air.

ICELAND: mindful adventure- Aug. 8-15th
You might notice that my website is full of photos of Iceland…as well as the book I published! My first trip to Iceland, over ten years ago…changed me. Being in the nature there helped me to fall in love with this planet and with my humanness a little more. So I have continued to explore the country and to connect with the culture in ways that keep offering insight into why we move the way we do, why we create art, how we can be more attentive, and how we can stay curious about each other/the planet.
This trip will take place in West Iceland…north of Reykjavik, out in the countryside. We will stay in a shared modern house with a hot tub and deck, and kitchen to cook from.
My friend and Icelandic retreat guide, Valgerdur, will be our driver and guide as well.
The trip is meant to be intimate for easier travel and more connection. Limited to 8 people, max. There will only be a couple of rooms that are available as private, otherwise, the rooms are shared.
We will arrive to Iceland on August 8th. Vally will pick us up from the airport and we will all travel in a van together through Reykjavik (where will stop for food on the way) to our house (about 2 hours north of Reykjavik.
The next 6-7 days will be spent enjoying outside nature time as much as we are able! We will take multiple hikes, visit craters and waterfalls, meditate with the moss, spend time sending wishes across the sea, practice yoga as often as the group would like, soak in hot pools, taste Icelandic flavors, and learn about Norse myths and Icelandic culture.
We hope to spend a day doing the Golden Circle tour, a day in Reykholt/Husafell, a day on the Snaefellsness peninsula, and another day taking the ferry to the island of Flatey!
We are currently figuring out the pricing, and it will vary depending on if you share a room or have your own room.
(most likely the price will end up somewhere between $1900-2500)
We will provide breakfast and have lunch items on hand as well, and also provide some dinners. There will be a few times we will most likely go out to dinner in nearby towns as well.
*This trip is for easy-going, adventurous types who can go with the flow…as weather can be unpredictable in Iceland and our itinerary might change.
*The yoga I share is always inclusive for all bodies and levels of experience with movement. We might practice daily, but it will always be optional.
Please email me: email@example.com with any questions or to reserve your spot.
