Our busy and stressed out modern culture makes it easy to feel disconnected from both the physical and emotional body. I believe in honoring the complex cycles of humanity we transform through by using our movement practices and nature’s inspiration to do so.

There is a constant ebb and flow of sensitivity, curiosity, strength, resilience, and rest needed now. I aim to create mindful classes/sessions that bring a fusion of Yoga and movement inspirations, and to support folks in their own discernment for what works for them. I like working with ALL ages and finding connection with one another in any way we can.

I am inspired by:

-nature and the seasons (the Moon cycles are my constant)

-honoring the roots of Yoga

-constant anti-oppression work, and what is happening in the community/world around us

-mindful strength movement + science (and all forms of movement)

-nervous system supporting practices (restorative and slow practices)

-sharing movement and yoga with kids
