In our busy, anxious and stressed out culture it is easy to feel disconnected from your wisdom and intuition. I design yoga classes inspired by phases of the moon, the seasons and what is happening in the community and world around us to help you connect more deeply within and settle your nervous system. My yoga classes include a proper warm-up, slower integration into postures, attention to your breath and space to listen to your body.
