For moms at any stage of motherhood (without the baby or kids) to come for an hour of yoga, focusing on postpartum strength, self-love and calming the nervous system. Then we'll gather together with tea and treats, conversation and meditation.
Somerville Library: Lunar Love Flow reading/discussion
This Spring, since releasing my first book, Lunar Love Flow: Practicing Yoga with the Moon, it’s been lovely to share it with my community.
Join me on Thursday, May 31st from 6:00-7:00pm at the Central Branch on Highland Ave. for a special share about the book! I’ll be offering a meditation and some gentle movements before diving in to read a short bit from the book and share how it came to be.
I will have some Liza Voll prints for sale, as well as signed copies of the book!

Lunar Love Flow- a yin-yang practice for the current moment
I'm thrilled to be a guest teacher for a practice to honor the current lunar energy through how we move our bodies and connect to ourselves. Having just released my book (Lunar Love Flow: practicing yoga with the Moon), this practice will showcase the process shared in the book. On June 10th, we will be in Gemini season (late Spring), with a Waning Moon, and approaching the Summer Solstice! So this practice will be about listening IN, slowing, and preparing for the New Moon and what the shift to Summer will have in store.

Yoga and Cooking in Sicily: June 2018
Join me June 24-30th, 2018 on the island of Sicily in Italy!
Located at the renowned Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School, we will practice yoga once a day with the waxing moon, while also spending time learning about the local ways and how to cook, Sicilian style.
This will be a laid back, flow in the moment embrace of shifting perspectives and getting out of our own way. We will take in true Sicily and enjoy the pleasure knowing where our food is coming from, while also learning how to craft it. We will connect to our bodies through the mindful movements of yoga, which will help us better appreciate the food. And we will take in the culture with some excursions/adventures.
