When I have the time and space, I love providing one-on-one time with folks who are interested in learning more about themselves through a lens of lunar astrology and yoga/mindful movement practices (what I call Lunar Love Flow).

In this (typically one hour) consultation I apply how I work with the Moon cycles, the seasons, and personal human life cycles for observing the body’s needs.

You provide me with the information needed so I can explain the basic key points of your astrological birth natal chart (your Sun, Moon, Rising, Venus, etc.) to you and then how those placements could be used as a template for how to observe what you need in your movement practice and in your current life rituals. More specifically I am interested in how your Moon sign and placement could be a powerful starting point to discover more understanding of your body+soul needs from a mental-emotional connection to all other things.

*These sessions are not looking into the future or to tell folks what to do. They provide time for me to listen to what is currently happening in your life, to take into account your unique physicality, your generational patterns and lineages, and your astrology as a way into providing one template idea for inspiration into things that might be supportive.
